When I finally pulled up to pay I handed the girl a $100 bill. All four of my drinks were sitting there waiting. She looked at me and said, "I dont have change." She made no effort to ask her manager or any other employee. I was dumbfounded. I asked no questions and took my money back and drove off. Poor, poor customer service. This starbucks always is super super extra slow and poor manners and customer service. I have never encountered a friendly employee at this starbucks. Never will I get coffee at this location, I will drive to the McDonald's instead.January 09, 2017
